Pauline M. Yezak, 86, of Marlin, entered into rest Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. John Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin. Rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Friday at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Julian Tyboroski officiating.
Pauline was born July 31, 1926, in Bremond, to Steve and Elizabeth Koperczak Muzyka. She married Leon D. Yezak Sr. on Jan. 23, 1946. Pauline loved to cook and as a guest, she was always there ahead of time to make sure everything was ready. Her grandchildren loved spending the holidays with her because she always prepared the traditional Polish food. Pauline enjoyed having garage sales and going to them. She loved to fish, play bingo and go to the casinos. Pauline will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; five brothers, Antone Muzyka, Louis Muzyka, Edd Muzyka, Joe Muzyka, and Stash Muzyka; and an infant sister.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Ray Yezak and wife, Nellie, of Marlin, and Leon D. Yezak Jr. and wife, Sue, of Marlin; sister, Sophie Krysinski of Athens, Texas; grandchildren, Charles R. Yezak Jr. and wife, Valerie, of Tampa Bay, Fla., Christi Lee Johnson and husband, Wesley, of College Station; Kimberly Yezak of Houston, Danny Yezak and wife, Shelley, of Hutto, Denise Bachert and husband, David, of Katy, and Ashley Yezak and wife ,Vicki, of Riesel; great-grandchildren, Alana Johnson, Dylan Hamlin, Emma Yezak, Garrett Yezak, Blake Yezak, Elizabeth Bachert, Rebekah Bachert, Luke Bachert, Anna Bachert, Kaitlyn Yezak, and Teagan Yezak; and several nieces and nephews.
